Our popular Girls Recreational Program is built on the foundation of the Women’s Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor), offering a dynamic way to develop powerful physical literacy. Classes are structured to be both fun and challenging, continuously pushing your child to develop: Core strength, flexibility, and coordination as well as Focus, problem-solving, and self-confidence.
